Arrived on time, works well in my HP3800. The print quality seems to be comparable to OEM brand, no jams or chalking of the print. The only down side I have to this particular product is that seems to have more of the sharp "toner" smell when printing a bunch of pages than OEM or other re-manufactured cartridges I have used. For those who print only a few pages per job this doesn't matter. When I print 50 or more pages at a time the odor gets a bit unpleasant.
