Previous to this order, I had a LD black toner for same machine. At 50% full, the black toner faded out. LD customer service told me to shake it and even tap it 'hard' on a flat surface. That overcame the problem for about 4 days, after which it failed again. I called LD again, and they stated they would sell me another with a partial discount. Based on their low price, I (foolishly) ordered a Cyan toner from them. This one has failed at about 75% full. I shook and tapped it also with even poorer results. I promptly ordered an authentic Samsung brand replacement. I am not even going to bother calling LD for another 'partial' discount. I wish the 'offbrands' could find a way to provide a reliable toner product. I also 'hate' the high price of Samsung's toner... but it works and I have to print. I will avoid all other non-brand toners until the reviews become 100% satisfied.

I ordered and received the product about 2-3 weeks ago. I just got a chance to install the cartridge in my fax today. It apparently does not fit as my fax continually prompts me to install a cartridge. Upon inspection, I noticed the top portion of the product had a broken "lip" that must affect the functioning.

This was a waste of good earned money on the cartridge.

Additionally, the orginal cartridge has two lips on it whereas the ordered one only had one.

This particular cartridge was a waste of my money!

I purchased this replacement cartridge for my Dell 1600n. When I put this cartridge in the printer, the printer just flashes a warning that says it is a non-dell cartridge and it won't print anything. There is no way to bypass this error on this particular printer. Stick with the official Dell cartridge and do not buy this piece of junk.

Update: I got a replacement of the same item, and the new one is working great. The original one must have just had a defective chip. Same print quality as the original Dell cartridge.

Am I the only one who thought quad meant four???? I ordered this because it was cheaper to order a quad pack than buying four individually and was really shocked that there were only TWO cartridges in this pack-one black and one color. VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE. The fact that there is very little description should have been a clue but I have a tendency to blindly believe that if it is sold by Amazon, it's a legitimate good deal. Obviously, you cannot expect this to perform as good as oem ink. However, it is high yields and you get A LOT of ink per cartridge. The ink seems to work just fine. I printed test photos and the color seems to to be a bit dull. However, I'm not using my 7280 to print photos and you would be a fool to do so even with OEM ink on these printers.

For its price(less than 1 regular oem cartridge), you get all 6 and twice the ink. I printed a photo on photo paper and it looked ok. The colors didn't look vibrant like on the photo. I printed a webpage and it looked as good as any other printer. The printer recognized all cartridges as genuine and they all worked like it's supposed to.

I would highly recommend this simply because you're getting 90% of the quality at under 20% of the price. Again, DO NOT USE IT FOR PHOTOS! For regular office or home use, this is perfect due to its price and capacity.
