Previous to this order, I had a LD black toner for same machine. At 50% full, the black toner faded out. LD customer service told me to shake it and even tap it 'hard' on a flat surface. That overcame the problem for about 4 days, after which it failed again. I called LD again, and they stated they would sell me another with a partial discount. Based on their low price, I (foolishly) ordered a Cyan toner from them. This one has failed at about 75% full. I shook and tapped it also with even poorer results. I promptly ordered an authentic Samsung brand replacement. I am not even going to bother calling LD for another 'partial' discount. I wish the 'offbrands' could find a way to provide a reliable toner product. I also 'hate' the high price of Samsung's toner... but it works and I have to print. I will avoid all other non-brand toners until the reviews become 100% satisfied.
