I purchased these "Premium Compatible" ink cartridges for use in my Dell 1350cnw printer, and they were very hard to insert. I had to force them in. Then, they exploded inside my printer and RUINED IT ! My printer heads are now needing to be replaced and I have to most likely get a new printer. Meanwhile, I'm stuck with these darn cartridges that are useless to me. Does anyone know who I need to talk to about returning these and getting a refund? (They should pay for my printer-head replacement too!)
