This toner cartridge arrived quickly in nice attractive packaging. It came out of the box well packed & I expected everything to go well. It slipped right into the printer and everything looked like it was going to go great - I was very excited about the incredible price for this item but all to no avail - the printer didn't recognize the cartridge. I double checked that the model number was correct and it should have worked.
