I just refilled my cartridge for OfficeJet 6500 Wireless printer. That was the easiest ink refill I've done (but for different printers). It's pretty painless and clean. So far the black ink is working pretty well.

NOTE: I seldom use my printer. I'll update this review if I have problems with the black ink.
NOTE: The ink level after refill doesn't get updated, so the ink level detection of the printer becomes useless after you refill. But this is not the problem of the refill technology.

UPDATE: Oct 2011 - So I've used this black refill kit till it's almost done. I've refilled about at least 5 times so far. I haven't had a messy one so far, and the black ink is still working OK. I'm planning to buy another one once I'm done with the current one. I highly recommend it.
