This is the worst I've ever had ... the cartridges were terrible. Practically ruined my printer. I requested a replacement and the replacement was worse than the first cartridge. Magenta and black refurbished are from original yellow. The replacement cartridge was all bulbous and not put back together on one end. I couldn't even get it into my printer. I've tried to get my money back and haven't been able to. I will never ever ever deal with this company again and I suggest you don't either. I didn't know they were going to be recycled / refurbished. And when I found out I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. This is the worst purchasing experience I've had during my 10 years of buying on amazon.com. I'm disgusted and still want my money back.
