Laser Toner for HP LaserJet 5P, 6P (C3903A compatible) Review

In December, I received a C3903A cartridge from Amazon. After putting it in my laser printer, it produced very poor quality output with obvious problems. The printed sheets had a completely gray and blurry background with light print as though the toner were spilling. I re-inserted one of my old cartridges to determine if the fault might be with the printer. The old cartridge printed great but it is nearly out of toner which is why I ordered a new (not re-manufactured) cartridge from Amazon. I contacted Amazon to have it replaced or refunded. They provided a RMA with pre-paid return shipping via FedEx. That was 12/31/2011 and I have the FedEx tracking number. FedEx delivered it 1/5/2012 and it was signed for by LACOSOSTA. Nothing has happened since and I'm still waiting to see something from Amazon to remedy the problem. Meanwhile, I can't print until I get a working laser toner cartridge. I know this is unlike my prior transactions with Amazon so I am puzzled over this delay and silence.
