I purchased this cartridge as a backup to store in my closet so I would not run out of ink at a crucial moment. Big mistake. I recently replaced my old cartridge with this one and it makes a horrible screeching sound when printing and also prints shadow lines on the page. The noise is so loud I can't talk on the phone in the same room as the printer. I contacted Tonerpals customer service and they said the return period had expired and there was nothing they could do. The box the cartridge came in (not an HP box as pictured by the way) states "premium" "guaranteed performance and yield" "Top quality" "Tested to strict standards" "Outstanding Value" - ALL BS! Cheap quality! DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
