Okay, so I bought these 5 ink cartridges and when I put two in my printer, one worked (color) and one didn't (black). So I wrote a somewhat negative review (2 our of 5) stating that I was disappointed in their quality. Honestly, I've had trouble with remanufactured/refilled ink cartridges before and I figured the low cost was part of the gamble - sometimes you get what you pay for (meaning that if only 4 of the 5 performed as hoped for, it was still cheaper than buying new). I left it at that.

A couple days later, I get an email from Amazon (OCProducts, actually) indicating that they are crediting my account 25% of the purchase price (this was an unsolicited offer).

A couple days after that, I get a replacement ink cartridge in the mail from OCProducts - again with an apology from the company that their product didn't meet my (and apparently their) standards.

All in all, that's a pretty decent response from the vendor - cash back and replacement cartridge - both unsolicited. I suppose I could have gotten both of these had I asked. But it's refreshing to get it even without asking. Shows me that someone (at Amazon or OCProducts) is paying attention. I like that.
