I have the Epson Stylus NX420 and have been buying my ink regularly at Staples until a friend recommended that I buy my ink on Amazon instead. I found this product and was hesitant to buy it but finally gave it a try. Well, it WORKED! I was scared when I received the product since it gives instructions on what to do if there is a problem, but thankfully for me there wasn't any problems. I shook the cartridge a little (I always do), pulled off the strips and put it in and it charged normally.I DID get a scare though because when I printed for the first time after installing one color, it didn't print right away. It seemed like it was charging again. But then to my relief it started printing and now it prints regularly with no wait time (I've since installed the two other colors, everything is working great).
