We bought 10 cartridges. Bad idea! should have tried one first!!! I had gotten used to good vendors on Amazon...but watch out!

We sent 3 back initially that had streaks and very light print. we paid shipping back. Jacobs Parts replaced the 3. We tried them. These were the same poor quality after 300-500 prints.

We sent 3 more back, I asked for them to just refund me since this was totally unacceptable to have so many bad cartridges. They said NO. The warehouse manager emailed me to "look at the policy". But they said they would replace them.

So I get about 500 prints tops, then the streaks and light print starts. Believe me, my staff is begging not to ever use this vendor again!

I have used remanufactured cartridges for years, I just couldnt find the other vendor that provides decent quality. I WOULD NOT USE JACOBS PARTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
