I ordered these cartridges, they were shipped the same day, and they arrived before the estimated delivery date. I was pleased that there was no ink leakage in transit as others have reported with remanufactured (refilled) cartridges. My printer does not recognize the cartridges (assumably because they are recycled) but it doesn't effect the actual printing process. Excellent recycled product, and you cannot beat the price.

I contacted the seller because one cartridge did not work properly. There was definitely ink inside it, but the ink did not show up on paper. The seller immediately sent a replacement cartridge, no questions asked. Fantastic customer service. I will continue to buy printer ink from this seller.
