The only other review for this product notes that these don't work ... in fact they do, but you have to set the HP software so that 'Cartridge Protection' is disabled. Once you do that, the printer will show that you are using non-HP cartridges, but will go ahead and work. These cartridges appear to me to be as good, consistent and long-lasting as the originals, and at 1/3rd the price. A good deal!
