I ordered the 2 black 1 color, put in the color it didnt work right. Whith in one day of recieving the cartridges Sofia Global contacted me asking about the product, I told them about the color not working right and they immediately sent me a replacement, i did not ask for it, they just sent it, i got the new 1 in 3 days and it works very good.
