One cartridge fit my Canon MF 8050 Cn, one did not. Did not open the other two.
Reordering and keeping my fingers crossed...

Received a replacement shipment, and all cartridges fit this time. Only replaced the Magenta and Yellow (but I tested all cartridges), and the print quality is very good (attaching an image).

Two concerns:
- As mentioned, the first shipment contained an incorrect cartridge, but this was corrected by Amazon extremely fast. Normally this wouldn't be enough for me to knock off a star, however -
- While installing the magenta cartridge, I pulled the safety strip (the clear plastic strip that you pull out of the cartridge before inserting it) and it appeared to have been recycled... From a yellow toner. I could tell because there was a significant amount of yellow toner left on the strip (attaching another image), in addition to the normal red powder. This is concerning because it brings in to question the contents of the cartridge itself and the quality we can expect. At first I thought I had received another yellow toner that had simply been mislabeled. However, after a few runs, it was clear that the toner was in fact magenta.

Bottom line:
If you are willing to risk spending a bit of time on returns, this is an excellent purchase.
