The first color cartridge I installed did not work. I installed the second and it has printed about 10 color documents - am hoping it will continue. The problem for me is that it's not worth having to hassle with a bad cartridge - call and complain - have to deal with a customer service person and then maybe get what I bought. I want it to work.
