Hi-Vision Hi-Yields represented this cartridge as compatible with the Samsung Laser Printer ML-2165W. This is false and does not work. I had to return it. The correct cartridge is the MLT-D101S. Hi Vision box in fact clearly shows it is an MLT 101 Cartridge (not an MLT-D101S which is required for Samsung printers ML-2160, ML-2165W, SCX 3405 FW/W, SF 760P). Somehow however an added scanned label attached to the box states it to be a compatible MLT-D101S for the Samsung ML-2165W. Hi Vision must correct this mistake because it has seriously inconvenienced me and what is more, may have damaged my printer.
