I am sorry to say,that after having bought 4 of these, they are all either re-conditioned or counterfeit. The packaging looks real, but the product inside is bogus. Even if it works, which sometimes it does, the quality of the photos printed is poor. Stay away from this - Canon does not make them any more - I do not know where they get these but they are not legit.
