When I installed this cartridge I found that it did not perform as well as a new Lexmark cartridge would have. During normal printing pictures looked "faded" and slightly streaky. However I was able to compensate for this by using the photo quality setting on my printer. Otherwise I guess the cartridge is o.k. for the price, which was a fraction of the ridiculous amount manufactures ask for ink.
