This cartridge arrived 9/14/12, put into service 9/17/12, and today, 10/18/12, at 2,090 printed pages the toner is unexpectedly already running out at roughly 1500 pages short of the standard 3500 pages for this printer cartridge. The print quality was fine for those 2,000 pages, but it is unacceptable at this point. Lower cartridge price apparently equals less toner, which equals fewer pages, which doesn't equal less expensive. That substantially lower yield should be clearly stated in the product information. Once again I'm reminded we get what we pay for.
