We ordered 5 of these cartridges from The Factory Depot in September. We purchase in bulk for our school district, as we have over 20 machines that use this cartridge. We placed one cartridge in a machine and the machine consistently reports that there is tape on the cartridge even though there is none. We tried the cartridge in multiple machines all with the same error. We contacted the company, and they would not stand behind their product. In addition to that cartridge 3 of the others had broken tabs, however we did not return them since they still worked. We have ordered remans for years and have never had an issue with a company not replacing a clearly defective cartridge. From now on we will make sure to order Innovera or LD Toners, because they stand behind their toners.

Update - The fourth cartridge is dumping excessive toner causing a gray film to appear on every print job. Stay away from these cartridges 4 out of 5 have failed.
