This was my second order from them for now a total of 8 toners. The quality is good and close to the originals. Towards the very end the quality does go down and I just swap for a new one rather than milking them for every last drop. The first order I placed shipped the same day placed. This last order did not ship for 6 days which put us in a bind. I emailed them through Amazon and got a reply within an hour(!) saying that they had a small flood in their warehouse and had to wait a few days for a restock. They then offered me a $20 credit on the order. The customer service response was very timely, professional, and apologetic. The $20 was not necessary but they now have me for life.
