I just ordered and received this two-pack of toner cartridges for my Dell 2155cdn printer. Having had some bad experiences in the past with third party toner cartridges (both laser and inkjet), I was wary of trying another third party cartridge. However, the reviews were positive, and the price is so good, I figured I'd give it a try.

Unfortunately, the first of the two cartridges in the order was simply not recognized by the printer. After installing the cartridge several times and making sure it was fully in place, the printer continued to indicate that no cartridge was present.

I tried the second cartridge which worked like a charm. The output quality seems to be every bit as good as the original Dell cartridge, which was my primary concern. And at $10/cartridge (less than 0.5 cents/pg) for laser printer toner, the price can't be beat.

As far as the defective cartridge, it was disappointing (hence the loss of a star), but I contacted Amazon, and they promptly refunded me half the price of the order. I would definitely purchase these cartridges again, but I would probably check both cartridges upon arrival to make sure they work.
