I was initially worried about this item since others said that these toners were shipped "dirty" and such. I experienced no such problem.The shipping was faster than expected, the item was sealed in plastic and very clean. It had protective plastic holders and wraps.
As far as installation goes, it slipped into my printer effortlessly. Great buy and exactly like any new one from Dell. Not a single black smudge on my hands after.
