I usally NEVER write reviews on anything. However do to the fact that there is only one rewiev i feel compelled to make a correction on the previous review. The Drum works fine, however, even once you install the drum it will say replace drum until you open the cover and press cancel/clear, the printer will then ask "are you replacing drum" Refer to your manual. Either way the toner is good the drum is good and i will keep ording this for my office. Thank you
