The toner cartridge worked for about two weeks and then failed. The printer would not recognize it and I received numerous error messages. The errors ranged from Auto Restart to Insert Black Cartridge. I went back to the refilled toner cartridges I purchased from cartridge world. I contacted the manufacturer and I will be sent a replacement. I am impressed with the customer service. Hopefully, the new cartridge is up and running soon.Update:
I received the replacement cartridge quickly and promptly installed it into the printer. It worked great! The print quality was above HPs quality and it lasted longer than any other secondary cartridge. One bad cartirdge out of the several I purchased, which is still a better rate than I received in the past from other vedors. Excellent customer service!!
