I thought I was ordering a set of authentic Lexmark brand ink cartridges for my Lexmark Pro printer. What I received was a compatible generic . The way the ad read --- Lexmark--- in bold print, that is what I thought I was purchasing. The seller left out the most important word--Compatible- ink cartridges---not Lexmark brand.
Initially, I had a problem with one of the black ink cartridge not printing properly. I contacted the seller and was sent a replacement cartridge and have not had a problem since. I am fairly pleased with the product . Although this sellers ad seems to imply a brand name ink (Lexmark) it is not and should state that it is not. Because this seller took care of the problem, I would recommend this seller (but research first) as he promptly took care of the issue. Good customer service. Reasonable price on replacement ink.
