These cartridges had a folded-up piece of paper included with each one that contained a disclaimer saying that the actual amount of ink may not display on your computer after they were installed. That was true - each was displayed as being empty. I can live with that for the most part, given the cost. However, I only got about 10 printed pages off of each one before the printer stopped printing, stating that there was a problem with the black cartridge. The only way I could get it to work again was to insert a new cartridge, but then the exact same thing happened with the new one. Never again.
